Commercial and Referral Arrangements
The primary aim of the Service Partner programme is to provide genuine additional value to Essex Chambers members. We are particularly looking for exclusive member offers, preferential rates and access to local products and services that provide a clear benefit to members and, where possible, an opportunity they could not secure through a public approach outside the Essex Chambers network.
If you are proposing a member offer that includes a revenue or profit-sharing arrangement, please speak to us at the application stage so we can explore how the arrangement could work for both your business and Essex Chambers.
Where a revenue or profit-sharing model is proposed, the basis on which referrals and introductions are made, the qualifying business, commission or other commercial return, payment arrangements and reporting requirements will be agreed in advance and recorded in the Partner Services & Commercial Schedule.
Service Partners must provide transparent pricing and clearly disclose any relevant fees, commissions or other commercial interests arising from referrals.
Referrals and introductions will only be made where relevant and with the member’s consent. Service Partner status is non-exclusive and does not guarantee referrals, enquiries, sales, contract value or a particular level of commercial return.
