Wilkin & Sons

Wilkin & Sons have been proudly making jam in the heart of Essex since Arthur Charles Wilkin and his wife Mary Ann Wilkin began creating their finest Strawberry Conserve in 1885, and the family has been farming there for even longer. Over 140 years later, Wilkin & Sons is still making jam using fruit from their own English farm.

Braxted Park Estate

Braxted Park has a rich history dating back to 1342, evolving from a medieval deer park into the estate it is today. Having passed through generations of the Du Cane and Clark families, it has continually adapted while retaining its heritage. Today, Duncan and Nicky Clark manage the estate, maintaining its historic character while developing it as a thriving, self-sufficient rural business.
