Visit the Workplace Wellbeing Hub, hosted by Wellity Global. Designed as a dedicated destination within the Festival, the Hub will explore how organisations can create workplaces where people and performance thrive together. Visitors will be able to drop in throughout the day, whether that’s for ten minutes, a complete session or several visits as they explore the wider Festival.
What can you expect?
The Hub will combine concise, practical sessions with conversations, demonstrations and interactive activities. Topics are expected to cover areas including:
Sessions are intended to be practical and relevant to leaders from organisations of all sizes.
More than talks
There will also be opportunities to get involved. The proposed interactive experiences include a Wellbeing Check-In, Stress Sharks™ Challenge, conversation practice, informal Ask the Experts discussions and practical tools and resources to take away after the Festival.
Drop in throughout the day
There’s no need to spend hours away from the main Festival. The Hub is designed so you can engage in the way that suits you: discover what’s happening, join a short session, take part in an activity, speak with an expert or return later in the day for something different.
The proposed programme also concludes with a Festival Reset, an optional guided pause designed to give visitors an opportunity to reflect before leaving the Festival.
