Join us and our Members Moore Kingston Smith for an informative webinar exploring the recent changes in the world of R&D.
This year has brought substantial challenges for businesses relying on Government incentives to fund their innovation efforts. With significant changes to R&D tax reliefs—most notably the introduction of the new ‘merged’ scheme—and increased scrutiny from HMRC to curb fraud and abuse, it’s essential that businesses quickly adjust to these developments.
Our webinar is specifically designed to equip you with the knowledge and strategies needed to thrive in this evolving environment.
We'll cover key topics, including:
- The New Merged Scheme: Gain a clear understanding of the clients affecting companies that receive grants, engage in overseas R&D, or participate in collaborative R&D projects.
- Enhanced R&D Intensive Support (ERIS) for Lossmaking SMEs: Discover how your company can benefit from the additional support available and optimize your claims.
- New Notification Requirements: Stay informed about the latest obligations for companies claiming R&D relief for the first time or after a period of inactivity.
- HMRC's Compliance Approach: Learn best practices for managing compliance checks and minimizing the risk of an HMRC enquiry.
This webinar will arm you with the critical insights needed to maximize your R&D tax credits while confidently navigating the shifting regulatory landscape. Ensure your company is well-prepared to meet these new challenges head-on.
