The Essex Chambers of Commerce are delighted to be working closely with the Essex Resilience Forum, a partnership of organisations which respond to emergencies.
We want you to be aware of the “Supply & Demand” section on our website – which has been created to help Essex businesses support the County's needs through the current Coronavirus crisis.
We are asking not only our Members, but inviting all businesses across the County to contact us if they have a service, product or resource which could help to support Essex during this pandemic. We also want to hear from businesses and organisations that have a demand; such as additional staff, expertise, skills or volunteering.
Getting involved is simple – visit our website and complete our form to register the support your business can offer or the demand that you require. This includes products, services or volunteer furloughed staff. We will review your submission and escalate through either our network of high profile organisations, our Members or our online platforms.
We have already had a fantastic response. Our dedicated team of staff are speaking to businesses daily, and the Essex Resilience Forum twice weekly to keep things moving in Essex. So far we have been able to offer assistance with sourcing PPE equipment, moving hospital beds and providing drivers to assist with logistics.
We want to hear from you if you can help the County in any way. Please visit our Supply & Demand section for more information or contact us.
