Customer Complaints Procedure
Should issues relating to our service result in cause for complaint, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01702 560 100.
Please give as much detail as possible, including evidence of the complaint if available. Upon receipt of your complaint we will then arrange for the appropriate person to look into and respond to your complaint.
We will –
- Acknowledge all written complaints within five working days.
- Investigate the details of a complaint and take appropriate action at each stage of the investigation
- Resolve to complete investigations into complaints within 31 days of receipt and to respond in the same time scale.
