THIS TRAINING HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK - NEW DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.
Did you know that approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year? In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem such as anxiety and depression in any given week. Would you know how to recognise the warning signs and what you can do to support anyone in that position?
To help employers navigate this often complex condition Essex Chambers are partnering with Essex County Council, Provide, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England to provide Mental Health First Aid Training for you and your employees.

Introduction to mental health and mental health issues
Factors affecting mental health
