Join us for an energising morning of Virtual Networking with Active Essex!
It's a New Year and many of us have set goals to be more active. However, with winter weather and the reality of working from home it can be hard to stay motivated. Active Essex is here to here emphasize the importance of keeping active, reducing sedentary time and the positive impact this can have on both your physical and mental wellbeing.
During the session we'll be joined by instructors who will impart top tips on simple ways to stay motivated as well as leading a Stretch and Movement session to get your body moving and blood flowing before networking begins. Something simple like getting some fresh air can do wonders for your motivation and wellbeing. You can take away the knowledge gained and share it with your colleagues to help boost company moral.

Active Essex is one of 43 Active Partnerships across England, working with community partners to increase participation in sport and physical activity across Greater Essex. They are a publicly funded organisation, hosted by Essex County Council, whose aim is to make sport and physical activity accessible to all Essex residents. The Active Essex vision is to get 1 million people active by driving and sustaining participation in physical activity and sport.
