Networking with the right people can support your business development and networking virtually is a fun, informal way to get a deeper insight into the Essex business landscape. Attendees listen and share experiences remotely and in these uncertain times you could even secure new business through word-of-mouth recommendations.

Our virtual networking events are hugely popular with our Members and will give you the opportunity to enjoy an eclectic mix of conversations with like minded businesses from a wide variety of sectors and industries. Throughout the session, you will be placed in different 'rooms' giving you the chance to catch up with familiar faces and make new contacts.

Payment
  • All event bookings need to be made and paid online only unless we have agreed alternative arrangements with you in advance of the event. If you have any queries, please contact our Accounts Manager Rachael Hogg on 01206 363721.
  • Each ticket is for ONE attendee only, please book per person attending. Additional logins from one ticket will be terminated.
  • The Chambers have the right to refuse entry to events to any delegate who has not made payment in full.
Changes to your Membership status
  • Any pre-booked events, exhibitions, training or workshops that occur AFTER your membership has expired will be converted to a standard booking and the additional costs must be paid.
*Non-Member Attendance to Events
  • Non-members can only attend or exhibit at TWO of our events.
  • If you book to attend or exhibit at more than two events, you will be notified that your subsequent bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
  • The attendance of more than two of these events is down to the discretion Essex Chambers of Commerce and reviewed on an individual basis.
The Event
  • Delegate lists will not be sent out prior to the event.
  • Photos/videos will be taken at events and used in social media activity & post event publicity. Should you not want to be included in photos/videos, please make the event administrator aware on the day of the event.
ESSEX CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO ALL OR PART OF ANY EVENT.

  • Members - If you are unable to attend the event, please provide notice in advance of the event. This can be sent to us via email to: events@essexchambers.co.uk
  • Non-Members - 4 full working days’ notice, prior to the actual event day, is required to cancel an event place and qualify for a full refund. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to Rachael Hogg, Accounts Manager. rachaelhogg@essexchambers.co.uk.
  • There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an existing delegate. Please inform us as soon as possible.
  • Refunds are not issued for attendee connectivity issues - If speaker or host connectivity fails the event will be rescheduled
  • We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time without liability. In the unlikely event of this happening delegates would be offered an alternative date, event or a full refund.
