Discover the cultural considerations that are key to making a good first impression in International Business at our Cultural Awareness Workshop. 

 

Good cultural awareness will help enhance your communication with clients and will increase employee engagement.  This workshop will benefit managers and leaders in sales, marketing, operations and HR learn how to deal with cultural difference in business and the work place.  Whether its a face-to-face conversation or a professionally written email exchange, a meaningful message entails establishing a connection that leaves a powerful impression.

Join us along with our Cultural and Language experts, PAB Language Centre, for this interactive workshop to help you  learn the business etiquette you need to increase your effectiveness in today’s multicultural environment.

About the Presenter -

Iwona Lebiedowicz
is a founder and director of several successful UK based businesses and international projects, including PAB Languages Centre. She holds a distinguished Masters in Management with specialisation in International Relations, is NLP Certified Practitioner.

Iwona has successfully provided professional support to UK businesses that required advice in cross-cultural business awareness, effective communication across borders, managing communication in diverse workplaces.
