Will Quince was first elected to represent Colchester in the House of Commons and has just been re-elected with an increased majority in December 2019. Will retains a strong interest in what is happening in Colchester and will be talking about issues such as the proposed Garden Villages on the edge of the town, the future of Colchester’s High Street, maintaining an effective rail service as well as national issues including, no doubt, the UK’s future relationship with the EU and Government plans for the future.

Will Quince was first elected to represent Colchester in the House of Commons and has just been re-elected with an increased majority in December 2019. Prior to becoming the town’s Member of Parliament he was the Councillor for Prettygate Ward on Colchester Borough Council for five years.
As both a councillor and MP he has campaigned strongly for improvements to the local rail service and served on the Home Affairs Select Committee and the Transport Select Committee. In April 2019 he was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, where he has responsibility for welfare delivery.
