Matt Smith is Senior Operations Manager for Amazon Logistics. He is responsible for ensuring the high standards of service provided by delivery stations for customers across London, Essex and Hertfordshire. Prior to joining Amazon in 2017, Matt spent more than ten years with a leading retailer in a variety of logistics and retail roles.
