Essex Chambers are incredibly proud to be supporting a Colchester based grassroots football team, the Stanway Pegasus Under 14s Girls Team. We were recently presented with an opportunity to sponsor the team’s away kit which we jumped at.
Our team is dedicated to supporting the business community in Essex, but we also understand the vital importance of backing other community groups.
Our Client Relationship Manager, Nick Brown, was lucky enough to bring his sons to see the girls in action at a recent match. The three cheered on from the sidelines as Stanway Pegasus took on the Tigers at Shrub End Community Ground.
The girls looked fantastic in their Essex Chambers branded away kit. Their determination and teamwork paid off with a 1-0 victory over the Tigers.
2025 has been an incredible year for women’s sport, with the Lionesses bringing home another Euros win and our England Rugby team claiming the World Cup title. These headline grabbing victories are so important to encourage girls to get involved with sports. We are delighted to be able to support and nurture the talent in this team. Who knows, there maybe a young Lioness in the making amongst the players!
