Course 5: International Market Entry, Compliance & Logistics (Social Media, AI, Customs & Documentation)

Course 6: Import & Export Customs Diagnostics - Creating a procedure manual

This half-day virtual course focuses on strengthening customs compliance through a structured diagnostic approach. Learners will assess current import/export practices and develop a comprehensive procedure manual to support consistency, audit readiness, and operational resilience.

Course 7: Importance of International Documentation & Logistics

This half-day virtual course explores the essential role of documentation and logistics in international trade. Learners will gain practical insights into how accurate paperwork and coordinated logistics processes keep goods moving smoothly across borders and reduce compliance risks.

Course 8: International Customs, Warehousing, Special Procedures & AEO

This half-day virtual course introduces key customs warehousing solutions and special procedures that help businesses improve compliance while managing costs. Learners will also explore the fundamentals and benefits of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) accreditation.

Course 9: Sustainability in the Supply Chain

MEMBERS: £330 + VAT

NON MEMBERS: £375 + VAT

International Trade Qualification Level 4 – How does it work?

After each courses and passing a multiple choice questionnaire, you will receive a completion certificate and the credits associated with the courses. All credits awarded can go towards your Level 4 Certification.

There are three forms of International Trade Qualification Level 4:

- Level 4 Award: A minimum of 12 courses credits* are required.
- Level 4 Certification: A minimum of 13 courses credits* and one assessment, from a choice of 6, are required.
- Level 4 Diploma: Complete all courses and 3 assessments, from a choice of 6.

*For the Level 4 Award or Certification, only ONE of the following courses can be included: Course 4: Exporting & Procedures or Course 5: Importing & Procedures.
