Foreign Office Apostille

During your exporting process you might be asked to have various documents Foreign Office or Hague, Apostilled or Legalised.

We deal directly with the Foreign Office and can provide this service for you and it is mandatory to have the original documents attested by us or notarised by a Notary Public before it can be apostilled.

What does this mean?
The Apostille Certificate is the result of a ‘Hague Convention abolishing the requirement for Legalisation’ meaning that if you are dealing with a country that is part of the HC there is no need for expensive & time consuming Legalisation at a Consulate just this Apostille Certificate.

What is an apostille? The Apostille Certificate confirms the signature, seal or stamp on a UK document to be genuine so that it will be accepted when presented in another country outside of the UK. The actual certificate is a piece of paper permanently glued to another document and then an embossing mechanism, often called the apostille seal or apostille stamp, is used to emboss the document with a government crest.

Costs for this service?
If your document has been notarised by a Notary Public, the cost will be £54.00  inc. VAT plus your return postage
If you need us to attest your document the cost will be -
Members  £82.80  inc. VAT plus your return postage
Non-Members £112.80 inc. VAT plus your return postage
