Up to £1000 in funding is now available to help business leaders pay for training to grow their organisations.
Essex Chambers of Commerce would like to make our Members aware of a funding intiative for leadership and management.
Through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service, business leaders can apply for funding towards a wide range of learning and development activities. This popular service is available for a limited time only, so apply now by downloading the programme application form from the following web page.
What is on offer:
Once
we have received your programme application form, EMB will arrange for you to
meet one of our Advisors. Together, you will identify your personal development
needs and decide on the most appropriate learning and development activities.
Up to £1,000 in grant funding is available to help pay for the
solution. This excludes VAT and must be fully matched by the beneficiary
organisation on a pound for pound basis.
For example, your Leadership and Management funding could provide:
- 50% of the cost of a personal business coach.
- 50% of the cost of advice to prepare for assessment against the Investors in People standard.
- 50% of the cost of training to help you manage your employees more effectively.
Through
the Leadership and Management Advisory Service, senior leaders of businesses
and social enterprises with the potential to achieve high growth have a great
opportunity to develop their leadership and management skills.
This offer is available to private sector businesses or social enterprises
with:
- fewer than 250 full time equivalent employees
- at least one employee in addition to the senior leader
- the potential for high or fast growth
