Accredited Courses in Export and Import Procedures

Essex Chambers of Commerce offers international trade training courses designed to cater for all levels of experience from entry-level to specialist. The courses are accredited by the Institute of Export and will qualify for Continuous Personal Development points under recognised schemes

Whether you are a new to exporting or importing, seeking training in a new aspect of international trade strategy, or wish to update your skills with the latest procedures and techniques there is a Business Training course suitable for you.

Our accredited courses cover basic export procedures, export paperwork, import procedures and letters of credit.

Export strategy courses include Export Licensing and Controls, Advanced Export Practice, Becoming an Authorised Economic Operator, Increasing Export Sales and Selection/Management of Agents and Distributors.

Course delivery will be via a mixture of visual and oral presentation. Group discussion will be encouraged wherever possible and each course will contain some participatory exercises to stimulate delegate interest, assist with information retention and ensure that delegates have achieved the necessary standard to qualify for Continuous Professional Development points

Each delegate will be provided with a support pack by the host organisation containing sample documents, course notes and copies of presentation for use as a reference document.
