Health and safety training is perfectly suited for on-line delivery. Very little organisation or resources are required to enable effective and valuable learning to take place. Costs, compared with conventional classroom based ‘tutor' presentations, are also very much reduced by adoption of the on-line methods. The Chambers' on-line International health and safety package is also available with a dual language facility, which allows the user to select either English or, for example, Arabic language content. Essex Chambers will carry out all setup procedures for you. The on-line package comes complete with its own built-in management programme that will automatically collate training records, enabling supervisors to check the progress of an individual employee and the system will also produce printed progress reports for each employee. An annual support fee ensures that all courses are automatically updated with new material as changes in best practice are adopted. The annual support fee also ensures the on-line training course is not restricted to a limited lifespan and, once purchased, it can be used repeatedly to provide, for example, annual refresher training. Student participants are awarded the relevant certification upon successful completion of the course. |
