The 'coach approach' to managing and leading people is a highly effective way of inspiring people to own objectives and embrace a company's goals and vision. In this course, participants will examine the specific skills that define the coach approach. They include how to listen to people and involve them in decision making, how to balance personal objectives with those of the company, and how to maximise their contribution by maximising their potential.
The objectives of the workshop are:
